5/9/2008-5/18/2008: PLT: Neil Simon’s Rumors
In Neil Simon’s hilarious farce "Rumors", four couples are at the home of a deputy New York City mayor and his wife to celebrate their anniversary. The party never begins because the host has shot himself in the head (it’s only a flesh wound) and his wife is missing. His lawyer’s cover up gets progressively more difficult to sustain as the other guests arrive and nobody can remember who has been told what about whom. Doors slam and hilarity abounds as the couples get more and more crazed. “Rumors” is a Curtain Call production, starring Valerie Russenberger, Scott Haring, Carol Kahn Parker, Kevin P. Kern, Donna Quinn, Bob Lamar, Laura Sebastian, James Poule, Larry Hines and LaVetta Fowler. “Rumors” begins at 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays and at 2:30pm on Sundays. Ticket prices are $22, $18, or $15 each. $10 tickets are available for Seniors, Students, and Active-Duty Military with ID. Purchase tickets at our Box Office or by phone at 850.432.2042.
